JOHN ZILLMER

JOHN ZILLMER

Chief Executive Officer

John Zillmer is a highly effective and successful business leader with deep experience and expertise in the food services and related businesses, corporate culture, logistics and corporate governance.  Zillmer is also an expert in strategies for business optimization and process improvement, having previously served Aramark for nearly two decades with a focus on clients and consumers. 

During his time at the Company, Zillmer progressed through the ranks, acting as Vice President of Operating Systems, Regional VP, Area VP, Executive VP Business Dining Services, President of Business Services Group and President of International, ultimately becoming President of Global Food and Support Services. Under his leadership, Aramark Food & Support Services was a best-in-class company and the largest food management provider in North America.

After leaving Aramark, Zillmer became Chairman and CEO of Allied Waste Industries. He also served as CEO and Executive Chairman of Univar, a global chemical and ingredients distributor.

Zillmer currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman of CSX Corporation as well as on the Board of Ecolab, Inc. He was named to NACD’s Directorship 100 in 2016 in recognition of his outstanding contributions to corporate governance.

Through his family foundation, Zillmer focuses his philanthropic efforts on the needs of children and families in Tanzania and Haiti. The foundation built the Inspiration Center, a multi-purpose facility for doctors, nurses and patients at the Machame Hospital in the Kilimanjaro district in Tanzania.

Executive Vice President, Human Resources

Significant contributions over many years at Aramark

Lynn oversees compensation, benefits, talent management, labor relations, employee relations and other human resources (HR) issues affecting our 270,000 employees. Since joining Aramark in 1980, Lynn has served in a number of key positions. She rose through the ranks of HR by holding various positions, including director of employee relations, vice president of executive development and compensation and senior vice president for HR, Aramark Global Food, Hospitality and Facility Services. Lynn has board level responsibilities and is the point person for all matters related to the executive leadership council that includes our top 250 executives.

She also serves on the Board of Trustees for Saint Joseph’s University as a member of the executive committee and chair of the facilities and information technology committee.

Additionally, Lynn is on the Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation Board and the Pennsylvania Workforce Investment Board (PA WIB)—the governor’s principal private-sector policy advisor on building a strong workforce development system aligned with state education policies and economic development goals. She was appointed to the latter position by Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter.

Lynn earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. Joseph’s University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University.

TOM ONDROF

TOM ONDROF

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Tom joined Aramark as executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) in January 2020. In this role, he serves as a member of Aramark’s Executive Leadership Team and is an executive officer of the company. He is responsible for overall leadership of the company’s finance, accounting, tax, treasury, auditing, financial planning, investor relations, risk management and strategy organizations.

Prior to Aramark, Tom served as Chief Financial Officer with Performance Food Group (NYSE:PFGC), a $23 billion foodservice distributor. Prior to PFG, he spent 24 years at Compass Group North America, where he served in a variety of financial and business development leadership roles, including Chief Development Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

As CFO of Performance Food Group, Tom created multiple working capital and post-IPO strategic financial initiatives. During his time at Compass, he led multi-billion dollar acquisitions, and guided a financial organization that helped propel the company to exceptional revenue and profit growth.

Prior to his time at Compass, Tom worked in planning and development at ITT Rayonier (NYSE:RYN), a Fortune 500 timberland real estate investment trust. He began his career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Tom holds an MBA from University of Georgia and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University.

LAUREN HARRINGTON

Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Lauren serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Aramark, and is a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. In her position, she leads the legal team responsible for Aramark’s corporate matters and all lines of business, and oversees the company’s global compliance and corporate security functions.

Lauren joined Aramark in 2006 and became Vice President and Associate General Counsel in 2009. She led the legal teams for many of Aramark’s domestic businesses, including Business Dining, Higher Education, Healthcare, K-12, Facilities and Corrections. She also managed the  operations of Aramark’s legal department. 

Prior to joining Aramark, Lauren was an associate at WilmerHale in Boston, where her practice focused on corporate and securities matters for public and start-up companies. A significant portion of her practice involved mergers and acquisitions, venture financing and public offerings. 

Lauren is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Bucknell University. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Massachusetts bars. She resides in the Philadelphia area with her husband and their three daughters.

ASHWANI (ASH) HANSON

ASHWANI (ASH) HANSON

Chief Diversity & Sustainability Officer

As Chief Diversity & Sustainability Officer, Hanson leads all diversity, equity and inclusion efforts and the strategy and governance of Aramark’s 2025 sustainability plan, which is focused on positively impacting people and the planet for generations to come. Hanson, who joined Aramark in 2002, was named one of the Top 15 Diversity Champions in 2019 by Diversity Global and was recognized as a diversity leader to watch by Black Enterprise in 2016.

She has served in a variety of leadership roles in diversity and inclusion, talent management, organizational development and human resources. A native of India, Hanson worked in the Information Technology and professional service industries in India and Malaysia. She earned her undergraduate degree from University of Madras in Tamil Nadu and a professional coaching certification from Columbia University in New York.

MARC BRUNO

Chief Operating Officer, U.S. Food & Facilities

From promising student to Aramark leader

Marc leads Aramark’s ten U.S. food and facilities businesses, driving the Company’s hospitality culture and growth. Since joining Aramark as a campus hire, Marc has risen in the ranks by serving in a variety of sales and operating roles in the U.S. and internationally. Over the course of his career, Marc successfully demonstrated Aramark’s commitment to service excellence and played a vital role in earning new business.

Marc also leads Aramark’s Olympic projects, for which the company has served as the dining and catering services provider for 17 Olympic Games. His involvement with the project spans eight Olympics, dating back to the 1996 Atlanta Games.

In 2010, SportsBusiness Journal named him to its annual global list of “Forty Under 40,” recognizing the best and brightest young executives in the sports business industry. 

He serves on the board of directors of United Rentals Inc., Special Olympics of Pennsylvania, and Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.

Marc is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School.  

KIM SCOTT

KIM SCOTT

President and CEO, Uniform Services

Kim Scott is President and CEO of Aramark Uniform Services, a leading provider of uniforms, laundry, and allied services to over 300,000 clients across a variety of industries throughout North America. She is responsible for nearly 20,000 employees using a network of over 350 laundry plants, satellite plants, depots, distribution centers, and manufacturing plants supporting approximately 3,600 pick-up and delivery routes.

Before joining Aramark in 2021, Kim served as COO of Terminix, overseeing operations for both the residential and commercial businesses, providing her with extensive experience with leading large, distributed, route-based teams.

Prior to Terminix, Kim was president of Rubicon Global. She previously held numerous executive level roles with Brambles, General Electric, and United States Steel Corporation.

Kim is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Environmental Science.

CARL MITTLEMAN

CARL MITTLEMAN

Chief Operating Officer, International

As Chief Operating Officer, International, Carl manages all food, facilities management and uniforms services, as well as any other operations in Canada, Mexico, Europe, South America and Asia. His efforts further our presence and commitment abroad, accelerate growth in those regions and focus on delivering outstanding service and quality on behalf of clients and customers.

Carl previously served as President, Sports & Entertainment. He joined Aramark 25 years ago as a college intern in Business Dining followed by Sports & Entertainment. After graduating from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, he joined the Aramark leadership team and has held positions of increased responsibility in sales and operations in Leisure Services, Aramark Germany and Sports & Entertainment. He moved through the ranks of General Manager, District Manager, Regional Vice President and President.

Carl was recognized by Sports Business Journal’s list of “Forty Under 40,” and was recently named to the VenuesNow inaugural list of “Industry All-Stars.”

He is Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of Directors for Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management (TEAM) Coalition; formerly served on the Board of Directors for The Cholula Food Company and is on the Board of Directors of Spurs Sports and Entertainment.

Carl earned his MBA from the Daniels College of Business at University of Denver.

DEBBIE ALBERT

DEBBIE ALBERT

Senior Vice President, Communications

Debbie Albert is an award-winning communications executive with experience in corporate and employee communications, crisis and issues management, social media, and press and media relations.

From 1995-2010, she was an integral part of Aramark’s Corporate Communications team, and in 2021, she rejoined Aramark as Senior Vice President of that department, overseeing the company’s reputation around the world.

With over three decades of journalism and communications experience that included Independent Network News and the Washington bureau of CNN, she returned to her hometown of Philadelphia where she worked at 6ABC (formerly WPVI-TV) and KYW-TV in Philadelphia.

Her newsroom experience led to positions in public relations, first at the Spectrum, Philadelphia’s former arena, and then for an association management company, serving as the spokesperson for a dozen manufacturing trade groups.

She has appeared twice on NBC's “The Today Show” and has been quoted in the New York Times and other national media outlets.

JOHN OROBONO

JOHN OROBONO

Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain

John M. Orobono is the Senior Vice President – Global Supply Chain, Procurement and GPO’S for Aramark Corporation, a global foodservice, facilities, and uniform services provider with revenues of $16b in 2019.

As a senior executive with over 40 years of foodservice and commercial food industry experience, Mr. Orobono is a nationally renowned expert in Supply Chain, Procurement and Specialized/Chain Logistics and Distribution.

Mr. Orobono served as Aramark’s SVP, Global Supply Chain from 1991-2015, and from 1981-1991 as Vice President of Distribution-ARA Services, also known as Woodhaven Foods.

In 2015, Mr. Orobono left Aramark and founded his own supply chain consulting business in the noncommercial foodservice management space.

In 2019, John Zillmer, Aramark’s new CEO, asked Mr. Orobono to come back to the company to lead Supply Chain once again.

Prior to 1981, Mr. Orobono held various supply chain and procurement roles with market leading restaurant brands in the quick service and fast casual dining space.

Mr. Orobono is a graduate of Philadelphia’s St. Joseph’s University, and holds a B.S. in Food Marketing. In 2012, Mr. Orobono was inducted into the Academy of Food Marketing Wall of Honor at St. Joseph’s University where he served on the Board of Governors.
