PHILADELPHIA, PA (July 30, 2015) – Aramark (NYSE: ARMK), the award-winning food and beverage partner of nine Major League Baseball teams, is pleased to announce five of the ballparks where it operates were named to the top ten list of the most vegetarian-friendly major league ballparks in PETA’s annual list.
Citizens Bank Park (#2), Citi Field (#5), PNC Park (#7), Coors Field (#8) and Fenway Park (#9) were all recognized for their robust vegetarian offerings.

Although veggie dogs remain popular among vegetarian baseball fans (Aramark sells more than 23,000 veggie dogs at MLB ballparks each season), some standout vegetarian menu items highlighted this year include:
- Citizen Bank Park’s new vegan wild mushroom & tofu cheesesteak and new three-bean vegetarian chili
- Citi Field’s vegan pizza, vegan tacos and vegetarian mac & cheese frites
- PNC Park’s veggie rolls and veggie burgers
- Coors Field’s vegan loaded baked potatoes and fried risotto balls
- Fenway Park’s new vegan Fenway Farms kale salad, house made black-bean & quinoa burgers, fried apples and new mushroom & quinoa cakes
Aramark partner facilities regularly rank among the best in sports for vegetarian fare, with Quicken Loans Arena most recently being named one of the most vegetarian-friendly NBA arenas, in March 2015.
