Aramark Declares Quarterly Dividend

PHILADELPHIA, PA (August 6, 2014) - The Board of Directors of Aramark (NYSE: ARMK) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share payable on September 9, 2014, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 19, 2014.
